- You may not use my art for AI training, reselling, relicensing or any type of NFT
- You may use/repost my art only after purchasing the design
- My designs should only be sold for the same amount as bought unless there is value added (additional art, etc.)
- Always credit me when using my art either through my TH or my insta
- Characters bought will be transferred through TH, unless the buyer is offsite where the character will be deleted on TH and sent privately
Design & editing
- Once payment is done, the design belongs to you, meaning : You may edit and change anything about the design through your own resdesigns or commissions. do not edit my art.
- You may not claim my designs as your own
- Credit should be given whenever using my original design or my art
Payment
- PayPal or PayPal affiliated sites only (examples : Ko-fi)
- NO REFUNDS AFTER INITIAL SKETCH
- For premade adopts or designs, I will not refund after you buy them.
- Holding terms are for at max whatever we have negotiated. I will not extend time given for holds.
- You may not claim any designs before making the full payment
- Payment sent without my permission will be considered a donation and the price will be charged again
Commercial rights
- All of my designs or art are for personal use only
- You are not allowed to use my designs or art for profit in any way
- You may not sell or use my art/designs as any type of NFT
- You may use my designs for personal use or creative works
- If seeking commercial use, please contact me to discuss a commercial fee (via TH, insta, or ko-fi)
Trading & gifting
- You may gift, trade or sell the design
- You may credit me as the original designer when gifting, trading or reselling the design
- You may not sell the designs you received as a gift or tradeBreaking my terms of service can lead to a warning, block, blacklist, or legal action.
